Salam semua..
Today, it's the fifth day of bad weather in my place. Water level rises in low lands. Yesterday I went around to sight seeing. Most of the kampung folks dont have proper drainage system...this causes the water to be stagnant and as a result...flash flood. Who to be blamed? If you asked them, the fingers will be pointed to the authority and if you refer the authority, I can predict the common answers given.

02. Oh! the kampung folks simply built the houses without proper planning

04. Where is it? (as though as they are going to straight things up the next minute!!)
